1.Complete terms and conditions of employment Sri Lanka Foreign Employment Bureau, the Government regulatory unit require the following details which are mandatory.

You have to mention the following in your letter head and get the document attested by the Sri Lankan Embassy in your country if not embassy is present you have to contact the nearest Sri Lankan Embassy (Country near to you) i. Category according to the Visa.. ii. Number of workers. iii. Signature of the Authorized person of the Company. (Specimen Down load the Word Document)
b) An agreement between Your Company and Madinas. (Specimen Down load the Word Document)
c) Special Power of Attorney to Madinas. This document will authorize Madinas to select, trade test, documentation sign on behalf of Your company related to the recruitment. (Specimen Down load the Word Document)
d) Employer and Employee Agreement. ( As required by SLFEB)
Agreement between Your Company and the Employee. i. Salary ii. Working Hours iii. Accommodation iv. Food or food allowance. v. Medical Facilities. vi. Contract Period vii. Air Ticket to and fro ( back to Sri Lanka) viii. Over time if paid any. (Specimen Down load the Word Document)
All these documents and the original visa copy has to be sent to us once the visa is ready. All these documents has to be attested by the Sri Lankan Embassy in your country.
