• In order to provide a planned and efficient recruitment service, we would initially require the following information: If  you read carefully and attend to it, you will avoid any delay and unnecessary hassle. As the Sri Lankan Bureau of Foreign Employment has laid down the following procedure to recruit a Sri Lankan for Employment abroad.
 
 
 

1.Complete terms and conditions of employment 

 Sri Lanka Foreign Employment Bureau, the Government regulatory unit require the following details which    are  mandatory.

 

   a) Job Order. (Demand Letter)

   b) An agreement between Your Company and Madinas.

   c) Special Power of Attorney to Madinas.

   d) Employer Employee Agreement.

   f) ID copy of the Licensee.

   g) Our License Copy. 

 

a) Job Order. (Demand Letter)

 You have to mention the following in your letter head and get the document attested by the Sri Lankan Embassy in your country if not embassy is present you have to contact the nearest Sri Lankan Embassy (Country near to you)

      i.  Category according to the Visa..

      ii. Number of workers.

      iii. Signature of the Authorized person of the Company.

b) An agreement between Your Company and Madinas.

c) Special Power of Attorney to Madinas.

This document will authorize Madinas to select, trade test, documentation sign on behalf of Your company related to the recruitment.

 d) Employer and Employee  Agreement. ( As required by SLFEB)

 

Agreement between Your Company and the Employee.

     i. Salary

     ii. Working Hours

     iii. Accommodation

     iv. Food or food allowance.

     v. Medical Facilities.

     vi. Contract Period

     vii. Air Ticket to and fro ( back to Sri Lanka)

     viii. Over time if paid any.

All these documents and the original visa copy has to be sent to us once the visa is ready.

All these documents has to be attested by the Sri Lankan Embassy in your country.

All the recruitment activities in Sri Lanka for overseas employment are governed by the rules and regulations of Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment (SLBFE). 

Prior approval from SLBFE is mandatory to carry out any overseas recruitment from  

Sri Lanka, for which following documents are required.

All above documents must be in your official letter-head bearing official seal and signed by an authorized officer of the client and endorsed by the Embassy or High Commission of Sri Lanka.

 The Category on the visa and the number of employees needed. (Actual Visa Category may differ from the actual work)

 

2. Comprehensive job description.

 

The description of duties in detail. To avoid any misunderstanding with the employee when arrive in the work place it is the best that you give details work schedule, duties in details, hours of work, rest time or off days, overtime if there is any and the financial considerations. Fringe benefits and other advantages in your company over your competitors.

 

3. Minimum qualification and experience requirements.

 

Specify the minimum qualifications and the experiences expected. In order to do an efficient job of work the employee should be balanced qualified and experienced, depending on your need.
